We are looking for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper & Office administrator to join our company in Dublin 15 on full-time basis initially from 1st November 2025.
The Role:
· Administration duties, as required i.e. email, phone & a number of adhoc duties etc.
· Processing of supplier and customer invoices on Xero
· Creditor Reconciliations
· Prepare and process payments to suppliers
· Payroll – Prepare and process weekly/monthly payroll on BrightPay
· Bank Reconciliations
· Expenses Reporting
· Creation of a range of business reports
Ideal Candidate
· Qualified Accounting Technician/Bookkeeper or Part-Qualified Accounting Technician
· At least 3 years practical experience
· Proficient in IT, Microsoft, Xero, BrightPay and ROS
· Excellent attention to detail

Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
