Job Title: Senior Lending Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lending professional to join our team as a senior lending manager. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lending, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
The role will involve providing leadership and guidance to our lending team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for managing and developing our lending processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also play a key role in the development and implementation of our growth strategy, working closely with our CEO and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level business degree or equivalent, with relevant qualifications in financial services. They will also possess significant underwriting experience and skills in personal and business lending, including Agri and mortgage lending.
A minimum of 5+ years' lending management experience is required, along with strong operational and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions. A strong understanding of operations in a retail and back-office financial services business is also required, as well as experience in performance management and leadership.
