Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to provide administrative assistance to our client's senior leadership team.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage the leader's schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with high accuracy.
* Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate communication on behalf of the leader with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Draft, review, and manage executive-level correspondence and reports.
* Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests.
* Attend senior leadership meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Organize complex international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
* Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and board meetings.
* Handle confidential information with integrity.
* Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the leader and senior management or clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior leadership level.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, or project management software is beneficial.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications
* Qualification in Administration or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
