The client –
Our client, a long established small firm located in Dublin City requires a conveyancing solicitor with one/two years PQE to work directly alongside a partner.
Role responsibilities –
1. Residential and commercial conveyancing;
2. Commercial leases;
3. Landlord and tenant issues (Commercial and residential);
4. Title investigation and rectification;
5. Drafting and negotiating banking and security documentation;
6. Some experience of Probate is advantageous but not essential.
Candidate Profile –
1. Qualified Solicitor experienced working in residential and commercial conveyancing;
2. Ability to handle a number of high volume conveyancing files;
3. Strong communication skills.
