The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project in Limerick. This role will oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and the unique requirements of pharma facilities. The Construction Manager will act as the key liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to ensure successful execution on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and suppliersEnsure construction practices align with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and pharma industry standardsDevelop and monitor construction schedules, proactively addressing risks and delaysTrack project costs, approve expenditures, and maintain financial accountabilityEnforce strict health & safety protocols, conducting regular audits and toolbox talksCommunicate effectively with clients, design teams, and regulatory authoritiesOversee inspections, testing, and commissioning to meet pharma facility requirementsMaintain accurate records of progress, changes, and compliance reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 8+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in pharma or life sciences projectsProven track record delivering complex, high-value projectsStrong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom construction, and regulatory requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environmentStrong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement#LI-AM2
