This role is hybrid, performed both from home and an office as needed.
We are seeking a Sales Solutions Support Consultant to assist our Sales Navigator customers. This flagship product connects buyers and sellers to build relationships.
The consultant will handle support tickets via email, chat, or phone, aiming to provide a superior support experience, educate customers on product features, and anticipate their needs.
Responsibilities:
* Support LinkedIn’s Sales Solutions customers and promote customer satisfaction.
* Respond to and resolve inquiries through various support channels.
* Understand client business and address product questions.
* Document interactions accurately and timely.
* Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate internally for feedback and improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of customer support or account management experience.
* Fluent in Dutch and/or German.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with internet services and explaining them to customers.
* Experience handling difficult customers and complex messages.
* Technical support and troubleshooting skills.
* Data analysis skills for identifying trends and opportunities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and O365.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
