About The Role
As a seasoned professional in our team, you will oversee daily operations of crews working on residential contracts throughout Leinster. Your primary goal will be to maximise core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring quality and Health & Safety standards are met while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
1. Allocate daily workloads to teams across Leinster
2. Maintain close monitoring of project completion rates throughout the day
3. Identify potential challenges and take proactive measures to optimise project outcomes
4. Determine training needs for your team members and implement targeted development programs
5. Serve as the first point of contact for clients' queries, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
Fundamental Skills And Qualifications:
1. Prior leadership experience managing Installers or similar roles is essential
2. A valid driver's license is mandatory
3. An intermediate understanding of VM network operation principles would be an asset.
4. The ability to work with Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level (Word, Excel)
