Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team.
This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office, with a particular focus on managing invoicing processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries
Perform general office duties including data entry
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Support other administrative tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative roll
Proficient use in Microsoft Word, Excel
