OBJECTIVES OF POSIT
ION:Support the HR Department in all administrative activities and additional responsibilities in the areas of Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefit administration, and Policy and Procedure implementation and upda
tes.
RESPONSIBILI
TIES:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (H
RIS).Prepare and process new starter documentation, such as contracts of employment and welcome pac
kets.Complete all necessary pre-employment checks, like background and reference ch
ecks.Administer HR-related documentation, including contracts, letters, and confirmation of employ
ment.Review and revise company policies, such as disciplinary procedures, Paid and Unpaid leave policies,
etc.Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from emplo
yees.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professiona
lism.Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirem
ents.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and Regulat
ions.
