The Role
As Senior Associate Director – Land, you will provide senior leadership across land, consent management and engagement services on major infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy projects. You will lead projects and people with autonomy, build trusted client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth and work winning.
This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise and commercial accountability, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on both project outcomes and the development of our Irish business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex projects unsupervised, ensuring high‑quality delivery and commercial performance
Provide visible leadership and line management to a growing local team, fostering engagement, capability and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering clear technical guidance and strategic insight
Support work winning activities, strengthen client relationships and drive cross‑selling opportunities
Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, WIP and debtor control
Mentor and develop colleagues, sharing expertise and strengthening capability across the business
Support delivery of the Ireland Execution Plan and wider Group Business Plan
About You
You will be an experienced leader with a strong background in land, consent management or stakeholder engagement, ideally gained on major infrastructure projects. You will bring commercial awareness, credibility in the market and the ability to inspire and empower high‑performing teams.
You will ideally have
Proven experience leading land, consent or engagement services on large‑scale infrastructure schemes
Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering approach
Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability
Commercial acumen with experience managing project finances and performance
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
A reputation as a trusted advisor with strong market presence
