Mechanical Project Manager | Data Centres | DublinA leading European data centre delivery specialist is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, technically complex projects in Dublin.This is a senior site-based role with full ownership of the mechanical scope, leading teams and subcontractors through construction, commissioning and handover.The RoleYou will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the mechanical works on major projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial targets are met.Key responsibilities include:Full management of the mechanical scope from construction through commissioningProgramme planning, milestone tracking and recovery where requiredLeadership of engineers, package managers, supervisors and site teamsCoordination with design teams, subcontractors and client stakeholdersDay-to-day site planning, sequencing and productivity managementSubcontractor performance, progress tracking and manpower planningWeekly reporting including programme updates, lookaheads, variations and risksChange management across cost and programmeDriving a strong QHSE culture across site operationsClose collaboration with commercial teams on variations and cost controlRequirementsBackground in mission critical, data centres, or other complex building environmentsStrong experience managing HVAC, piping and associated mechanical systemsProven ability to lead large site teams and subcontractor packagesTrade or engineering qualification preferredExcellent communication, leadership and organisational skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-spec project environmentsWhy ApplyLong-term pipeline of data centre projectsSenior, autonomous role with real project ownershipOpportunity to work on some of the most advanced facilities in EuropeStrong support structure and established delivery team
