Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred, community-focused care for children and young adults with disabilities.
Support individuals to develop independence, confidence, and community participation.
Work within a collaborative, respectful team environment, following best practices.
Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice to support professional growth.
Reporting
Reports to: Social Care Leader / Deputy Social Care Manager / Person in Charge

What You Need
QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
Full driving licence held for at least two years.
Positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
Reliability, compassion, and ability to work well within a team.
Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential; full training provided.
Vetting Requirement
Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through Tusla and the National Vetting Bureau.
