An exciting opportunity for an experienced compliance and risk management person looking for a new and challenging role in an interesting and established company kicking off their Irish Operations.This position will require strong technical market expertise with experience in risk oversight within a globally regulated organisation launching products in the Irish market.Duties will include:Aligning Risk appetite and tolerance for the businessDesign and implement a universal risk registerBroad risk reporting and management activitiesBuilding a compliance monitoring program and ensuring implementation of comprehensive policies and proceduresEngaging with the CBI on AML and KYCThe successful candidate should have:Prior experience in building risk and compliance programs from the ground upKnowledge of a broad range of asset classesExperience of working in PCF 12 and PCF 14 regulated environmentsExposure reporting in senior management and boards of directorsPrevious experience in building and implementing risk and compliance frameworksThis is an exciting opportunity which requires significant risk and compliance experience - candidates should note although a senior role the position will be stand alone intially and will require hands on compliance and risk implementation, monitoring, development and reporting.
