We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in transformer based models, generative AI, and deep learning to join our advanced AI team. This role involves leading end-to-end model development, from data preparation and training to deployment and monitoring, while driving innovation in real world AI applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and train transformer-based models for text and image tasks.Lead the entire ML lifecycle: data preparation, model design, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with cross functional teams (data scientists, engineers, and domain experts) to deliver AI-driven business solutions.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and machine learning, applying new techniques as appropriate.Contribute to scalable and reliable MLOps/DataOps practices for model productionization.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.5+ years of experience with large scale neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.Proven hands-on experience with GenAI projects and related frameworks (e.g., RAG apps, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, agentic frameworks).Advanced programming skills in Python and ML/DL libraries: SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pyMC, pgmpy.Hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker and familiarity with broader cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).Strong understanding of probabilistic graphical models (Bayesian Networks, Markov Random Fields, Factor Graphs).Experience with MLOps and automation of data/model pipelines.Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.What do we offer you?Attractive salaryLarge freedom and real influenceNo unhealthy competition, team approach to meeting challengesRemote-first, flexible working cultureCompany apartments in cool cities across Europe: work and enjoy a memorable getawayAbout UsWe are a software house with 18 years of experience and a global portfolio of projects.
