**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead a team of catering professionals to deliver exceptional food and service experiences
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
• Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business targets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
**Requirements:**
• Approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level or 2-5 years industry experience, including 2 years in a management or department head role
• Strong background in a high-volume hospitality, conference, and banqueting operation
• Excellent people management skills with experience of managing large teams of staff
• Passion for food and service and ability to innovate in this area
• High degree of knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP
• Ability to manage in a diverse and pressurized environment with a focus on client and customer services
• Commercially focused with experience with budgets and ability to achieve stretching commercial targets
