Service Manager - Volvo and Ford This is a hands-on role where you'll be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with our in-house technicians to make sure everything runs smoothly .
Location: Wexford Position: Service Manager Type: Full-time, Permanent What you'll do: Organise service activities to ensure the department's efficient and profitable operation by satisfying customers and enhancing customer relations.
Manage the service department, control resources and utilise assets at a level commensurate with profit targets.
Maximise departmental profitability through the effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, and other value added products services.
Create and maintain an environment for the staff to develop and excel in.
What we're looking for: Experience in a service advisor or similar role (motor trade experience advantageous).
Friendly, professional, and organised.
Confident using computers and managing bookings/admin.
Able to work independently and take initiative Full clean driving license.
