We are recruiting a Supervisor/Senior Barista to join our growing team in Tamp & Grind Poulaphouca. Weekday and weekend availability is a must.
This is a hands-on leadership position combining specialty coffee excellence with day-to-day supervision and operational responsibility.
About Us:
Tamp and Grind is a customer focused, fast paced drive thru coffee container. This position would suit someone with speciality coffee experience and/or experience in a managerial role. We pride ourselves on great quaility customer service, personal relationships with our cusotmers and consistant great quailty coffee.
Open Monday to Sunday. Immediate start.

This role also offers input, training and/or progression into marketing, branding & social media for the right person, particularly someone interested in understanding how strong operations and strong brand presence work together to grow a business.
