Job Summary
Drive process improvement and capacity expansion to boost efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and design business process improvements that enhance capacity, optimize resource usage, reduce lead-time, eliminate non-value-added activities, and improve fill-rates.
* Complete capacity analyses for headcount, equipment, and space requirements to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective metrics and processes that ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute improvements aligned with business objectives.
* Develop and coordinate ergonomic projects to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
* Utilize problem-solving and process improvement tools to achieve results in production and functional areas.
* Continuously develop skills and knowledge on Lean tools and business process improvement to maximize opportunities within the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Recent graduate (within two years) or final-year university student.
* Relevant work experience or co-op program completed.
* Strong technical skills and aptitude.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Enthusiastic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
