CJ Hiring have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager
Based in South Dublin with a large Developer on a housing project the roles and its responsibilities are described further below along with the key competencies which are required for the role.
Roles & Responsibilities
* To comply with Health & Safety legislation, the Company Safety Statement, Policies and Procedures.
* Support the role of the Company HSEQ Manager, Site Health and Safety Manager and
* Site Health and Safety Advisors during the construction stage.
* Provide good Safety leadership by attending required meetings and ensure that health and safety issues arising in the project are dealt with by the Site Management Team.
* In conjunction with the Contracts Manager and Company HSEQ Manager ensure that there are sufficient and adequate resources, on PD sites, to ensure that Health and Safety can be adequately addressed on site.
Skills
· Good knowledge of current Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
· Good knowledge of Construction Contracts and Subcontract terms and conditions.
· Good knowledge of current building regulations.
· Experience with carrying out the inspection and recording required under the BCAR process.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
