We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join a growing engineering firm specialising in the design and manufacture of screening, recycling, and material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop heavy machinery using 3 D CAD software (Solid Works preferred) Produce detailed technical drawings and manufacturing documentation Collaborate closely with manufacturing, sales, and procurement teams Contribute to product improvements, innovation, and design for manufacture Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and compliance standards (CE/UKCA) Essential Criteria: Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Proficiency in 3 D CAD (Solid Works or similar) Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes Desirable Experience: Background in the recycling, screening, or heavy equipment sectors Working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance standards In return, you can expect an excellent package including a generous salary, bonus, health & wellbeing programme, pension plan, life assurance plus much more For more info call or email Yvette at or Skills: Design Manufacturing Engineering
