Key Responsibilities:· Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with HACCP and customer standards· Oversee staff training, internal audits, and compliance reporting· Manage food safety, quality, and customer specifications for all products· Approve labels and artwork for compliance with food legislation· Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions· Manage product and environmental testing and report performance trends· Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare for audits and inspections· Provide technical support to production teams and supervise lab operations· Stay up to date with relevant food safety legislation and update processes as requiredWhat You'll Need:· Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field· Proven experience in a senior quality or technical role within the food sector· Strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food law complianceExcellent leadership, communicationJob Type: Full-timePay: From €50,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
