Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst Location: South Dublin Working Model: Hybrid (2 Days a week in office) Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our client, a growing MGA operating within the Irish personal lines market. This is a senior pricing position within a developing and highly collaborative pricing function. The successful candidate will play a key role across pricing analysis, implementation, monitoring and pricing development while helping shape processes and capability as the team continues to grow. The role offers strong exposure across pricing, underwriting, data and wider operational teams within a commercially focused and hands-on environment. Your Role Lead pricing analysis across Motor, Home and Commercial Motor portfolios Take ownership of rating changes, implementation activity, testing and deployment Analyse quotations, claims and underwriting data to support pricing performance and portfolio decisions Monitor pricing outcomes and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Work closely with Pricing leadership on pricing strategy and analytical initiatives Support the ongoing development of pricing processes, controls and reporting capability Collaborate with Underwriting, Data and Operations teams on wider commercial initiatives Use Radar and related pricing tools within day-to-day pricing activity Support ad hoc analytical work and provide clear commercial insight to stakeholders Contribute to the continued development of the wider pricing function Your Skills Strong insurance pricing experience within Personal Lines Hands-on experience using Radar within a live pricing environment is highly desirable Strong understanding of quotations, claims and underwriting datasets Experience delivering pricing projects, implementation work or rating changes Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capability Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail Experience using SQL, Python, R or similar analytical tools would be advantageous Ability to operate independently within a growing and evolving function Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Actuarial qualifications or exam progression are welcome but not essential Should this position be of interest to you please call Tadhg at.
