Our client, a leading energy contractor, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to align with company objectives.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
3. B uild and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.
5. Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to win new projects and contracts.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven track record of success in business development within the Substation, Grid Connection, or Power Construction industry.
* Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
