CPL is seeking an experienced professional to fill a Product Administrator position in Limerick. This 9-month contract role offers the opportunity to work hybrid after training.
The successful candidate will provide proactive marketing support across our broad portfolio of customers, interacting closely with Marketing Engineers, Design Engineers, Product Planners, Project Managers, New Product Co-ordinators & Pricing Specialists.
As a strong team player, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, driving tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing general business support for customer queries, offering accurate & timely product status information from quality details to order delivery management.
* Supporting the introduction of new products to the market.
* Generating marketing & branding instructions for all models within the portfolio.
* Facilitating online purchase processes.
* Managing licenses, Non-Disclosure Agreements & product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Engineering administration, marketing administration or customer support in a product-focused organization.
* Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of customer support systems.
* A strong team player with effective communication & multitasking skills.
* Ability to network within various departments, including Warehousing, Production, new product, procurement, supply chain.
* Strong IT skills in MS Office are essential.
