Here at ARQ Reliability ) we are a young vibrant team at the cutting edge of engineering and working with some of Ireland's industry leaders. We have big plans for expansion and growth over the next few years, and we're looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketing executive to work and grow with us.
We help our customers to prevent costly equipment failures by making machine reliability simple. Our advanced oil-condition monitoring technology provide our clients with critical real-time insights into machinery health, reducing breakdowns and improving productivity
If you're a creative thinker who loves tech, design, and digital storytelling, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day here is a little different. You'll get to:
* Create scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and our website.
* Write copy that makes complex stuff simple (and interesting).
* Help bring our brand to life through visuals, podcasts, videos, and case studies.
* Support our marketing campaigns — from digital ads to trade shows and "Lunch & Learn events.
* Track what's working and share ideas to make our marketing even better.
Who You Are
You might be:
* A marketing grad or early-career creative looking for your next step or someone who is experienced in marketing but looking for part-time work.
* A digital all-rounder — comfortable with Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn, and analytics.
* Curious, collaborative, and bursting with ideas.
* Someone who gets energy from creating, learning, and trying new things.
Bonus points if you've got:
* A flair for design, photography, or video editing.
* Some experience with WooCommerce or online selling of any kind
* An interest in sustainability, technology, or how things work.
The Practical Bits
* Salary Range €30,000 - €35,000 pro rata
* Part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) – flexible schedule.
* Hybrid working – mix of home and our Carrigaline office time.
