We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to guide their team towards achieving sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) whilst providing unparalleled customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supporting the store management team in ensuring the store achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
">
2. Driving store sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and team motivation.
">
3. Maintaining control over all KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, Units, and more.
">
4. Fostering a positive work environment by leading, mentoring, and developing store colleagues to enhance their performance and engagement.
">
5. Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
">
6. Managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
">
7. Managing cash handling tasks, such as processing transactions and reconciling tills.
">
8. Hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
">
9. Providing feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance.
">
Role Objectives and KPIs:
">
">
10. Contributing to achieving or exceeding the store's monthly sales target.
">
11. Driving all additional KPIs including Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
">
12. Achieving upselling or cross-selling targets.
">
13. Maintaining a high Net Promoter Score.
">
14. Ensuring stock accuracy during store audits.
">
15. Ensuring all new colleagues complete mandatory training.
">
16. Ensuring employee satisfaction survey results meet or exceed company benchmarks.
">
17. Assisting in keeping operational costs within budget.
">
Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
18. Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced retail/customer-facing environment.
">
19. Passionate about retail & hold a good understanding of the latest trends and competitors.
">
20. Previous experience of coaching and developing individuals.
">
21. Strong communication skills.
">
22. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
">
23. Keen eye for detail & commerciality. Previous experience within visual merchandising would be advantageous.
">
