Key Responsibilities
1. Gain a thorough understanding of client priorities and strategies to deliver maximum value.
2. Work closely with Partners and Client Teams to foster a winning culture around key clients and targets.
3. Support the business planning process for designated Key Accounts.
4. Lead the implementation of best-in-class client development practices within key industries and accounts.
5. Keep the team informed with relevant industry news and events, encouraging knowledge sharing and networking.
6. Promote a feedback-driven culture across the company through client experience initiatives.
7. Contribute to defining and executing sector growth strategies.
Key Skills and Requirements
1. Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) in business development within a law firm or similar professional services organisation.
2. Strong understanding of sales methodologies with proven application.
3. Proven success in generating revenue through new relationships and developing account/sector strategies.
4. Expertise in managing multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
5. Solid grasp of data analytics and data models.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
