ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Provide executive and administrative support to the senior leadership team.
* Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements.
* Assist in the planning and execution of Core Functions projects, including internal and client events, strategic and commercial initiatives, and ad hoc support as needed.
* Support office management activities as part of the Core Operations team, including day-to-day oversight of the office.
* Serve as the primary Health and Safety contact for the office—conducting inductions, risk assessments, and fulfilling Fire Marshal and First Aider responsibilities.
* Collaborate with the broader Core Functions team to deliver administrative support across Finance, HR, and Operations departments.
