Looking to take up a strong Site Manager position on a high-quality Amenity project in Dublin's North Inner City?
If you want to lead delivery on some of the city's most exciting commercial and industrial builds, this role offers that opportunity.
Our client is one of Ireland's top main contractors, delivering large-scale projects across the residential, commercial, retail sectors etc. They're now looking for an experienced Site Manager to take on a section of this site and ensure this part of the project is delivered to an exceptional standard.
What you'll be doing
Managing all on-site activities from mobilisation through handover
Coordinating subcontractors to meet programme, safety, and quality targets
Ensuring each project is completed to the highest specification
Working closely with design and project teams to achieve outstanding results
Maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach on site
What you'll bring
Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-quality retail, commercial projects
Strong leadership, coordination, and organisational ability
Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and quality requirements
