Organise daily work plans with nursing staff. Support all aspects of residents daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship. Requirements QQI Level 5 in healthcare or in process (or equivalent) 2+ years experience in elder care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong supervisory and motivational skills OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare related Degree Skills: Communication Time Management Skills Teamwork Attention to Detail
