Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Credit Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Specialist, you will play a key role in assessing customer proposals and determining their repayment capacity position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate customer creditworthiness and prepare credit applications for decision by the underwriting team.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in financial difficulty or at risk of financial difficulty.
* Respond to customer inquiries over the phone in a timely and efficient manner.
* Utilize exceptional negotiation and communication skills to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
* AAPA/QFA qualification is mandatory (Loans and Regulations).
* Prior experience with SME credit assessment is highly desirable.
* Strong customer service and engagement skills.
* A background in finance or a related field is preferred.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
