Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and experienced HGV Driver to join our team at Costello Auto Trans.
As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Transport Goods Safely and Efficiently: Operate HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles) to deliver goods to various locations across Ireland and sometimes beyond.
Adhere to Transport Regulations: Follow all road safety laws, transport regulations, and company policies.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the truck is in good working condition and report any defects or issues to the maintenance team.
Timely Deliveries: Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Complete relevant paperwork for each delivery, including delivery notes, logs, and receipts.
