Responsibilities
* Sales Leadership & Profit Growth: Own store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions to maximize revenue.
* Customer Engagement & Experience: Provide personalized styling advice, recommend add‑ons, and enhance the shopping journey.
* Expert Piercing Services: Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program and provide a safe, fun, and professional experience.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain inventory accuracy, handle transactions efficiently, and keep the store well‑merchandised and visually appealing.
* Team Support & Sales Coaching: Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver top‑notch customer service.
* Trend‑Driven Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products with enthusiasm, stay up‑to‑date with the latest fashion trends, and translate that knowledge into compelling product recommendations and styling tips.
About You
* Sales‑Driven Mindset: Thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Customer‑Centric Approach: Provide exceptional service and create memorable shopping experiences.
* Retail & Leadership Experience: Prefer at least one year of retail management experience and a proven ability to drive sales and support team success.
* Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and guide customers.
* Strong Communication & Selling Skills: Engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale.
* Ability to Work Independently: Self‑motivated, organized, and take charge when needed.
Job Requirements
* Perform piercings with patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Operate a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
* Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of retail management experience.
* Stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lbs).
* Bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
* Passionate about providing customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day, stay energized by interacting with customers, and inspire through teamwork, compassion, integrity, and self‑expression.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
* Grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* Driven team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for fashion and the latest trends.
