This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on Salesforce development expertise and strong architectural experience who can operate confidently in a senior, client-facing capacity.
The Role You will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll provide technical leadership, shape platform architecture, and ensure best practices are followed across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across complex environments Hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, integrations, automation)Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards Support system integrations with third-party platforms Contribute to technical documentation and solution governance Required Experience Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Consultant / Developer / Architect Strong hands-on development skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs)Proven Salesforce architecture and solution design experience Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce platform features Strong understanding of integration patterns and data modelling Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, etc.)Experience in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce implementations Previous contract or consulting experience
