Requirements

13. A recognized accredited qualification in architecture or a related field.
\
14. A member of a relevant professional body.
\
15. At least 7 years' experience in a similar role.

16. A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

17. Excellent technical, communication and project management skills.
\
18. Commercial awareness and ability to prepare financial reports.
\
19. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
