If you are interested in joining a dynamic environment where you can create value in a changing industry, then this could be a great opportunity"- CFOABOUT THE PERSONEnsure accurate, timely Group financial reports and statutory filings across jurisdictions, maintaining IFRS/local GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.Oversee external audits for all entities, fostering smooth processes and effective governance frameworks.Develop and manage budgets and rolling forecasts, monitoring KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership.Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions, drive profitability, and improve operational efficiency.Lead finance transformation initiatives, implement automation, and optimize tools like Workday and Adaptive Insights.Partner with senior leadership and global teams to align strategies and ensure unified reporting across regions.Maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external experts to ensure compliance and operational excellence.ABOUT THE ROLEDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) required, with Big 4/Top 10 audit experience preferred.10+ years in finance, including 5+ years in senior roles; expertise in group consolidation across multiple entities and currencies.Proven ability to manage audits, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance across European jurisdictions.Experience in finance transformation, automation, and shared services/BPO environments; proficiency with ERP tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights).Advanced IFRS/local GAAP knowledge and strong Excel capabilities.
