Job Description Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic support and leadership to your team to ensure the delivery of Fairmont's service standards. Golf FIT- grow tour operator business by attending trade shows and developing new leads IGTOA and IGTO membership and database management. Develops a strong team through consistent effective leadership and operational management. Work collaboratively with other sales channels internally and externally. Conduct proactive sales calls and golf e-zines to help generate revenue Assist with the reserve and co ordinate all group/member and society bookings. Qualifications The successful candidate will have:Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel resort. Strong organizational skills/project management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to multitask many projects/initiatives at once and adhere to tight timelines. Skilled at developing and selling novel ways to deal with sales challenges and opportunities. Good presentation and influencing skills. Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach. Adaptable and enjoys a variety of different tasks Strong team working skills and able to work effectively and both manage and contribute to a team.
