Intellectual Disabilities (ID)
sectors across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients, individuals with intellectual disabilities, or those requiring homecare support.
* Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
* Monitor and support clients with their physical and emotional well-being.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided.
* Support clients with social and recreational activities, promoting independence and dignity.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent (Essential).
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
* Full, clean driver's license (Essential, for roles that require travel between clients' homes).
* Previous experience in elderly care, homecare, or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centered approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and a strong commitment to providing high standards of care.
