Mentor and coach a team of both junior and senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Define and drive the team's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for modeling infrastructure, exercising strong technical judgment. Participate in and guide architectural and design decisions for scalable and reliable service deployments. Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
