SHEQ Officer
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace environment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective SHEQ strategies and protocols.
* Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct regular safety inspections, and monitor compliance with regulations.
* Provide training to employees and contractors on occupational health and safety best practices.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management.
* Proven experience as an EHS Officer or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and detail-oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
