Customer Proposition & Retention Lead (12-Month Contract) Dublin 1| Department: Telecommunications/Mobile | Hybrid - 3 days onsite/week A leading national organisation is seeking a commercially minded and customer-focused CustomerProposition and Retention Leadto join its mobile division on a maternity cover contract.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of base management leading the strategy and execution of retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key responsibilities: Own and deliver base management strategy, campaigns, and lifecycle communications Develop propositions informed by customer insight and market trends Drive retention, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution Optimise customer journeys and drive improvements to the in-life experience Act as the voice of the customer in pricing and proposition decisions Track KPIs and campaign performance, using insights to inform future activity What we're looking for: 35 years experience in proposition, product, or commercial roles within telecoms, mobile, or a subscription-based business Working knowledge of the competitive landscape across telecoms is critical for this role Strong understanding of base management, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns (EDM, digital, social, etc.)
