Our company is seeking an approachable and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to create a warm first impression for guests and callers. This role is essential in keeping our office running efficiently by managing incoming inquiries and providing general administrative support.
Primary Duties:
* Welcome guests upon arrival and offer assistance as needed
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the proper team members
* Oversee the front desk area and ensure it remains tidy and professional
* Arrange appointments and help organize internal or client meetings
* Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
* Perform data entry, filing, and other basic office tasks
* Provide support to various departments with small administrative projects
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer service mindset
* Professional, positive, and welcoming demeanor
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
* Comfortable using computers and common office software
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is beneficial but not required
