Early Years Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a family-run childcare facility in South Dublin. The successful candidate will lead an existing management team and be responsible for driving the organization's strategic goals.
About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary of €60k per annum DOE, with expected hours of 40 per week. The role requires a strong background in early years education, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the sector, including at least 7 years in a management capacity.
* Responsible for the overall management of the facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Lead and manage an existing management team, providing guidance and support to ensure their roles are performed to the highest standard.
* Regularly report to the Board of Directors on key performance indicators and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate closely with various departments, including HR and Finance, to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* QQI Level 7 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in the childcare sector, with at least 8 years in a management capacity.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Prior experience in preparing and adhering to budgets.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
