Role Summary:
Are you ready to help shape the voice of Ireland’s most exciting sports retailer?
As a Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll be right at the heart of the action—bringing bold, energetic campaigns to life across every channel, from digital to in-store.
Working alongside a passionate team and reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager you’ll take the lead in activating campaigns and events that look sharp, feel fresh, and hit the mark—on time and on budget.
Your role is key to ensuring our marketing output isn’t just consistent—it’s compelling, creative, and always on-Brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with a crew of experts—from buying and creative to eCommerce, CRM, media, and visual merchandising. Together, you’ll launch campaigns that don’t just promote but inspire.
And yes—you’ll also get hands-on with global giants like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Columbia, and New Balance.

Role Responsibilities:
* Manage the brand communications calendar for your concepts, ensuring that key product launches are captured
* Work with internal creative and external production teams to create relevant and engaging content
* Work with the concept teams to define communications campaign requirements, ensuring that inputs and actions are captured from all stakeholders for each campaign
* Work with the production teams, inc. external agencies to ensure campaigns are on time, on budget and look epic.
* Report on results from each campaign, recording learnings and apply opportunities for improvement in future
* Work with our brand partners, prioritising their campaigns and ensuring that assets are produced/supplied with a point of difference for Life Style Sports
* Own and manage the concept calendar and ensure we are continuously activating and communicating key moments to our consumer.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative, social media or a hands-on marketing role
* Experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns in an omnichannel retail environment or similar
* Ability to manage budgets across multiple projects
* Experience managing and juggling multiple projects and working cross functionality
* An in-depth knowledge and passion for sport and trending footwear/fashion
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Studies
About you:
* Full drivers’ license
* Previous experience of event planning and management
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
