Joyce & Co Solicitors are looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full- Time Receptionist to join our growing team based in Washington Street, Cork City.
The Receptionist will manage the front desk at our very busy main office at 9 Washington Street, Cork City. The hours are 8.30am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Answer & direct phone calls
* Assist with inquiries and provide basic information
* Answer & forward emails
* Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
* Greet & Guide clients/visitors
* Schedule and manage appointments
* Update and maintain databases and records
* Perform general clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, scanning, and transcribing and dictation.
* Assist with preparing documents, managing correspondence, and handling billing or payments.
* Maintain a clean and presentable reception area
Person Specification/Qualifications
* 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Good time-management
* Multi-tasker
* Computer literate
* Detail-oriented
* Personable
* Professional and friendly manner
* Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Fluent in written and oral English.
* Must have working knowledge in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and mail.
