Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement of homecare nurses and caregivers to all clients within a dedicated region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Primary liaison for clients, family, nurses and caregivers in terms of scheduling and roster information.
* Coordinating with homecare workers and clients effectively to adequately fill 'open' bookings in a timely manner.
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to provide valuable scheduling feedback based on their changing requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position is desirable.
* Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and guide staff efficiently.
