DesignBuild Search have been engaged by a Global Construction Consultancy as they have a need for a Project Manager at Senior or Associate level for their upcoming developments in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, & Residential sectors.Can be based in Dublin, Cork, or Galway with flexible hybrid working possible.
Job DescriptionManage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high qualityMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safetyAssist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with qualityCoordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractorImplement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisionsLead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partnersReview proposed variations and delays in the works
QualificationsCirca 10 years' project management experienceHold a qualification in Project ManagementDegree in a Constrcution, Architecture, or Engineering disciplinePrevious consultancy or client side experienceExcellent design management skillsExcellent client management skillsExperience in winning new work or ensuring repeat business is highly desired
