AtkinsRéalis, one of the world’s leading providers of engineering professional consulting and support services with offices across Ireland, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the management and delivery of small to large-scale energy infrastructure schemes throughout Ireland.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, preferably from a design consultancy background, with demonstrated expertise in all phases of planning, design, and construction. The role involves working closely with industry-leading clients and stakeholders within our busy Transportation & Energy team based in Dublin.
Responsibilities include winning work, overseeing delivery, client and financial management, technical site/route optioneering and appraisal, statutory approval documentation, contract documentation, and managing construction activities.
Your Purpose:
1. Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality engineering services in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
2. Technical experience in linear infrastructure development through all project lifecycle stages, including optioneering, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction stage administration.
3. Chartered or near Chartered status.
4. Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Proven ability to lead, manage budgets and programmes, control costs, and handle change processes.
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Develop and build client relationships.
8. Challenge the status quo and think innovatively.
9. Experience in managing clients and external stakeholders effectively, preferably in Ireland/UK.
10. Full Irish/EU driving licence.
