1. Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.
2. Responsible for overseeing a specific area or department within the store – including commercial planning, stock management, visual merchandising, creating display appeal and driving sales.
3. When necessary, oversee till areas or fitting rooms.
4. Organise your team of Retail Assistants, delegating tasks each day.
5. Motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience while optimising sales.
