Job Title: Financial Insights Specialist
About the Role

You will have a critical role to play in leading projects to simplify and automate existing business processes across various areas, managing and enhancing Power BI financial dashboards, as well as supporting closing activities.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in the Finance function with strong IT/software knowledge, preferably from an Auditing background.
* You need to be a proactive person, team player with an international mindset.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail to perform in this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
* Effective communication, both written and oral, is essential.
* Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Oracle is advantageous.
Responsibilities
1. Lead simplification and transformation projects:
2. Actively engage with Europe, International, and pricing FBP as well as the Chief Accountant to establish the current landscape of processes and identify areas of simplification and automation in the following processes:
3. Closing activities
4. Delta price results computation
5. Financial results publication
6. Forecasting of the P&L and pricing performance
7. Propose and present simplification actions.
8. Lead and manage the implementation of those actions and projects.
9. Manage and develop our Power BI dashboards to provide visibility to the European business and finance community to improve decision-making.
10. Lead key closing activities supporting the Business Controller during closing:
o Backlog tracking (Open orders, Deferred Revenue, Credit notes) and adjustment based on HFM Retrieve – tracking by zone and month.
o OEM allocations based on POS, Quarterly revenue, and orders adjustment.
o POS – Projects tracking from Sales out to revenue.
o Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc analyses.
